WHAT’S THE NEED

India, as a nation is lagging far behind other nations especially in the aspect of education. As many as 8.4 crores children continue to remain out of schools. Education, being the one important tool to transform lives lies at the bottom of the priority list, and the children are forced to beg, pick rags, and are abused severely.

There is a great need for classrooms along with the teaching protocol to undergo a drastic change and adopt digital means of education. This is the only way possible to integrate our country’s education with the outside world.

OUR EFFORT

UPAY- Underprivileged’s Advancement by Youth- which translates in Hindi as – A solution believes that education is the only means to uplift the Nation. To remove disparities in the field of education, we’ve come up with an initiative of providing smart devices and constructing digital classrooms. This will help improve the interface for children and make education a step easier as well as accessible

The mission is to join hands with the immensely rich and already literate human capital of India to eradicate illiteracy from the rest of the country and break the seemingly unbreakable deadlock through a tailor-made curriculum as per the child’s need.

THE SOLUTION

UPAY is trying to provide this by providing free of cost education to every child enrolled. Till now, We have focused on Providing education till class 10th. But now as UPAY is growing slowly and also need for proper guidance is required more substantially after class 1oth as that becomes a turning point for children. By providing Digital classes, UPAY will provide the best class mentors for our children so that after HSC these children have a good foundation to appear in competitive exams.

UTILIZATION BREAKUP

Establishing Classes for Standard 11th and 12th: Rs. 50,000 for setting up a digital classroom and board. 

Resources and stipend for Physics Faculty: Rs. 1,00,000 per year

Resources and stipend for Maths Faculty: Rs. 1,00,000 per year
